Free shipping for orders above 100£
At Naturea we offer free shipping if your order total after discounts is above 100£. There is no minimum or maximum number of products you can order to fulfill this condition, for example, if your order is simply a 12kg bag of our Grain Free Growth you will be eligible for free shipping although it is only one product.
Delivery time is 3-4 working days if ordered until 11 am
Our shop has a cut-off time at 11 am every working day. This means that orders before 11 am should be delivered in 3-4 working days. For orders after 11 am we cannot guarantee that they are dispatched on the same day, meaning that the expected delivery time will be 4-5 working days.
You can track your order at all times
After we confirm your order, you will get a tracking number from our carrier so that you can track your order at all times.
UPS Access Point service is available for your convenience
If you think that it won’t be possible for you to be home to wait for the delivery truck, you can use the UPS Access Point service at checkout to choose a partner shop or convenience store near you where you can pick up your order.
We only ship to the UK (including Isle of Man)
As of right now, we do not ship to other countries.
You have the right to return your order
If you want to return your order for any reason, please do so within 30 days of dispatch date. Your order needs to have the original package intact and must not have been used for you to receive a full refund. To return your item, please pack it up securely, state the reason for your return and send it to the address below:

Please note that if your order was subject to a condition sale, promotion or free delivery offer and you choose to return part of it, we reserve the right to charge you for the discount you received on said sale, promotion or free delivery offer.
We will issue the full refund as soon as we get your item. This refund is subject to standard bank clearing times.
Please remember you must return goods at your expense, and are liable for any loss or damage to the item you are returning whilst in transit, meaning you should take enough postal insurance to cover their value.
